Client Liaising Co-ordinator Duties include: • Coordinate administrative processes: o Ensuring established processes are adhered to and reviewed to ensure efficiency and service delivery o Reviewing reports, resolving discrepancies and finalising applications • Manage workflow and execution of work processes in the office relating to the respective functions of the team; • Ensure provision of high level quality services to client and stakeholders; • Manage Administration staff members; • Coordination and preparation of reports; • Liaising with internal and external Stakeholders; • Provide support services to all merSETA divisions, enterprises, organisations, other SETA's, Department of Labour, Department of Higher Education and Training, Private and Public Providers within the merSETA scope and all other identified client categories relating to administrative processes. • Manage and promote the link between regional coordinators and client service administrators and assist Administration Managers, where required. • Respond to queries from various internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters. • Liaison with Decentralised Trade Test Centres, NAMB, QCTO to ensure that trade test and certificate related issues are dealt with;
