I am currently a Global Office Manager & HR Administrator at Air Lease Corporation. I have been with the company for nearly 8 years, beginning in 2013 as a Marketing Assistant, growing into the Executive Assistant to the COO in 2015, and lastly spending nearly 4 years as the Executive Assistant to the CEO & President until 2019. In my current role I am responsible for organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures for ALC’s Los Angeles, Dublin, and Hong Kong offices, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. This role is responsible for developing intra-office protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, and office staff supervision, and involves other duties such as recruiting, employee onboarding, benefits implementation, and payroll processing. This role acts as the first port of call to employees and external partners for all HR related questions. I am a graduate of Loyola Marymount University (2012), with a major in business and an emphasis in marketing, where I spent a semester abroad in Germany learning about international business and cultures. I come from a multicultural family and am a dual citizen of the United States and Poland, taking great pride in my diverse background and interests.
