I have over 7 year customer service experience, which have helped me expand my active listening and conflict resolution skills. With a passion for helping people, I pride myself on being a problem solver. I've acquired data entry and multi-line phone skills from previous jobs that I had held as well as communication experience, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask.
