I feel privileged to have spent good years in Client Relationship/Business development, Customer engagement, Vendor/Partner management, Delivery/Program management & IT consulting for key global clients in Retail, Airlines, Banking, Hi-Tech, Energy & Resources, eCommerce and Digital Domain. While utilizing my industry knowledge, strategic planning & consultative skills, I take pride in establishing trust-based relationships with clients, colleagues and business partners. I am acknowledged as an effective leader with collaborative approach, having matured understanding of human behavior and efficient team management skills. I have played key roles-Client Partner/BRM, Delivery/Program Manager, and Solution Architect across geographies (Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, , UK, UAE, India, China, Japan and Africa) which gave me a well-rounded experience in dealing with different cultures, challenges and business models. I have successfully led diverse teams in highly competitive/complex markets & fast paced environments to close key multi-million dollar deals and execute them diligently driving higher value for the customer. I have owned and handled large accounts end-to-end starting from sales to relationships to delivery including the P/L ownership. I possess strong business and technical qualifications where I consistently tried to exceed expectations; My customer facing relationship/interpersonal skills enable me to engage successfully with numerous CXO Customers & Business Partners. I travel to experience different culture/cuisine, spend good effort in badminton court to keep myself healthy, challenge my creativity in kitchen, help my son grow & walk side-by-side with my better-half to make every day worth living for.
