My professional background covers over 15 years of experience in chemical field with positive record of accomplishments in research and development, and application and engineering. Throughout my years of experience I have acquired highest level of skills in operational and business environment, with practical problem solving mindset and thorough understanding of the know-how process of product development. As a responsible, highly driven, and keenly attentive to details with passion for innovation, I have proven my flexibility and adaptability to work as a team leader, as an involved member of a team or to work independently. In the last several years I have led a research team where my organization skills and in-depth knowledge of R&D, in manufacturing, within GMP-regulated environment of medical device and beauty products, resulted in creation of several patents and product lines.
