After many years of dedicating the majority of my marketing communications career working with technology and online retail and enterprise clients who require world class standards of operational efficiency, message/value proposition quality, creativity and service excellence, I recently made a career change to the non-profit sector. I couldn't be happier. I work with one of the premiere non-profits servicing vulnerable individuals and communities in Washington State. I have brought my track record of excellence in program management, highlighted by more than ten years of SaaS and global initiative/policy outreach with Microsoft Corporation and their global consumer and enterprise clients to this dynamic and growing organization whose mission I am proud to be a part of. While with Microsoft, I served in various high-profile roles, building strong relationships with influencers and stakeholders across diverse backgrounds, and cultivating existing relationships. I created innovative marketing campaigns that delivered results, and led multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. While working as a Category Manager, I utilized my data analysis skills to save Microsoft over $2,000,000 in capital expenditures while increasing customer satisfaction scores.
