With over twenty-five years of sales experience, over a dozen of those in corporate gifting and incentives, I strive to be the best advocate for the brands we represent. Our collection of brands have an immediate connection and value to the recipient, making them ideal for use as a reward, recognition, or corporate gift.My work experience ranges from building an insurance agency to selling products to C-Level management as well as large retail accounts. I entered the incentive channel on the supplier side as Director of Special Markets, building a nationwide network of incentive reps comprised of the best industry performers. I was offered a partnership to join Carlisle Sales, resulting in a switch from the manufacturer side to a rep, ultimately taking that business over. Having been on both sides gives me a unique perspective of the challenges for each and an understanding of what makes both so valuable.I actively participate in industry associations such as IMRA (Incentive Manufacturers Representative Alliance), and IMA (Incentive Marketing Association), serving as a member of the board of directors for both IMRA [Past President] and IMA [Current VP] as well as hold IMA's Certified Professional of Incentive Management (CPIM) which acknowledges incentive professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and leadership essential to success in the incentive industry.
