Bill McBrayer

Bill is a classic entrepreneur. For the past 27+ years in the commercial loading dock and door distribution business he has gone from a startup, to scale, to a platform business model as Fairborn Equipment Midwest while working with his vendor partners. Bill is a forward thinking, service focused leader who is growth orientated and cultivates high performing teams with an "All In" mentality. His teams do not settle for good enough. Together, they are always striving for continuous improvement; be it professional or personal growth. Bill has built the business organically though hiring and aligning his leadership team and through acquisitions of additional territories. In acquired businesses Bill has helped owners as a partner by: - Allowing partners to focus on the part of the business they enjoy the most and that aligns with their strengths and skillsets. - Offering additional management and leadership to help grow the business.- Proving systems and processes for greater scalability. - Designing a roadmap that allows the business to achieve better results. In his newest venture, Bill has revived the famous pre-prohibition Kentucky Bourbon brands from the McBrayer family. McBrayer Legacy Spirits was formed with the goal of re-introducing one of bourbon's iconic figures, WH McBrayer, "The Judge", to today's bourbon community. Through re-trademarking the famous brands of WH McBrayer, Old McBrayer, and WH McBrayer's Cedar Brook, Bill pays homage to his family's history and heritage by curating products that are made with the same high standard of excellence he was known for in Kentucky.
