Bima Fitriandana is a public policy advisor to the Special Staff to the Minister of Land Affairs and Spatial Planning. He is currently working under the cooperation between the Ministry and the World Bank for the Digital Transformation Project. In his current job, he is managing the project by providing strategic and technical advice. Moreover, he plays a crucial role in developing Project Management Office (PMO) and maintaining a well-established communication with international research centre and organisations. In addition, he is registered a license under RICS – Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors reached after his study completion in UCL. Prior to working for this project, he has worked for several organisation, which are Independent Research Advisory Indonesia (IRAI) and International Council for Local Environment Initiatives (ICLEI) for multiple positions, mainly Research Analyst and Project Officer for Renewable Energy Project. One of his achievements during his professional career is his contribution in developing the business process and concept of Indonesian Land Bank in 2016.In 2012, he graduated from a joint degree between Diponegoro University and Ecole National Superieure d’Architecture Paris Belleville majoring in Urban and Regional Planning with an honour. Then, he received his master degrees in Sustainable Urban Planning at ENTPE Lyon and University College London (UCL).His main areas range from sustainability, urbanisation, climate change, renewable energy, urban and rural planning, land management to spatial data through Geographic Information System (GIS). In last years, he has been developing his skills beyond his main expertise, such as Project Management Office (PMO), digitalisation, procurement, PPP (Public Private Partnerships), business process development and finance (stock Market Investing and corporate valuation).Aside from his professional work, he channels his passion in teaching and writing.
