As a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in Operations Management, I have honed my skills in Business Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Contracts Management, Quality Projects, UAT, and Sales Operations. I have successfully managed complex deals and enabled my team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, In my current role as a Deal Manager Cloud. In my previous role as a Divisional Process Owner for License Migrations- EMEA and NAMER, I led process improvement projects and implemented strategies to optimize business operations. I have completed DELF B1 and an Advanced Diploma in French from EFLU, which has allowed me to offer freelance French translation and tutoring services. As I transition into the field of Data Science, I am eager to leverage my expertise in Operations Management and analytical skills to solve complex business problems.
