I have over 19 years of progressively responsible sales, leadership, and people management roles with very broad experience in setting, managing, and meeting sales and project targets within clearly defined timelines and resources. An accomplished people manager and natural leader with expert skills in developing, mentoring, and coaching innovative teams to function with minimal supervision across various verticals. Results driven with the ability to quickly identify client difficulty, analyze data, develop solutions, and communicate with all stakeholders equally well. Highly developed work ethic, personal accountability, and winning spirit with strong creativity. Currently, I am remotely managing my business in Nigeria while am in the UK to explore a new life and career. I was able to achieve this by automating every process of the business from supply chain, production , stock taking to sales marketing and financial transactions. Today, the business runs 100% independent of my daily input. I am open to new career opportunities in sales, people management and leadership in any challenging industry
