I have over 12 years of Information Technology experience working in Microsoft Technologies. Currently, I work as a Service Delivery Manager and closely collaborates with technologists both on- and off-shore to deliver solutions that exceed business requirements. My current role comes with the following responsibilities: ➢ Monitor and manage end-to-end delivery of programs and projects sponsored by one or more customer groups to scope, time and budget ➢ Manage multiple teams to deliver projects in alignment with customer needs with transparency to IT Services and customer stakeholders. ➢ Enforce standard methodologies, processes and tools ➢ Provide leadership and direction to project team members ➢ Evaluate and identify potential redundant applications, infrastructure and tools ➢ Initiate, build and sustain productive relationships ➢ Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns if/when they arise ➢ Identify, manage and resolve complex issues, preventing escalations, where possible ➢ Identify appropriate resolution to achieve client satisfaction in a timely manner ➢ Help develop account strategy and plan those best leverages firm resources and strategies to meet customer expectations ➢ Leader and team player – sets example for project managers, business analysts and others to follow ➢ Create an open, honest, accountable and collaborative team environment As a Product owner I also have Extensive experience in creating and prioritizing the product backlog combined with excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills provides exceptional outcomes. Expert in creating Product Roadmaps, leading planning meetings, and Product Reviews (demo). Very comfortable in working on fast paced projects with both Waterfall and/or Agile Methodologies. Responsible for entire Product Life Cycle and to build Product roadmap. Experience in writing effective User Stories and created Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Specification (FRS), Logical Data Modeling, and Process & Workflow diagrams using MS Visio. Worked with multiple project teams to identify integration requirements for downstream applications. Experience in Unit and Integration Testing for the application I also get involved in implementation of complex solutions and Proof Of Concept to cater business needs,working with enterprise architects in deciding design approaches and providing technical suggestions and advise to my team members and project/business managers.
