I work closely with mid-market organizations to identify, prioritize and deliver critical IT capabilities needed to achieve business outcomes. Achieving greater business value is hard work, but doesn't have to be complicated, even though the issues can be complex. The long-term success of businesses today depends on information technology and organizations need to follow a plan and roadmap that identifies the people, process, and technology capabilities required to achieve business objectives. My success, and the success of the organizations I work with, is measured not by having a plan, but by ensuring the plan is supported by leadership and managed over time to deliver increased business value.
