Blake K. Johnson is a partner and the President & CEO at GTJ Consulting, LLC ("GTJ"). GTJ is a family owned and operated property management company specializing in the property preservation and maintenance of vacant properties. GTJ is a regional service provider offering services throughout the Great Lakes to leading lending institutions, government organizations, real estate firms, attorneys and investors. As the President & CEO, Mr. Johnson leads GTJ's business operations while establishing and carrying out the company's strategic vision. Mr. Johnson has been with GTJ since 2003 and has worked in every facet of the organization from field operations, inspections, repairs, business development and marketing, business process engineering and senior level management. Most recently, Mr. Johnson was GTJ's Chief Operating Officer for 9 years prior to assuming the role of President & CEO in 2017. Personally, Mr. Johnson is active in the community and participates extensively with local charities. Since 2008, Mr. Johnson has been on the Board of Directors of the GTJ Foundation. In 2014. Mr. Johnson was elected as a Director for the Western Golf Association/Evans Scholarship Foundation representing the Lochmoor Club and the Lochmoor Caddie program as Caddie Chairman. Mr. Johnson was previously on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Parkinson Foundation.
