My background includes project/safety management and training in Construction, Oil and Gas, civil, commercial insurance, and fleet/equipment and transportation industries over the last 32 years. I have managed several projects from start up, traffic accommodation strategy, ECO programs, change management, to completions and commissioning. I am certified as a safety supervisor/auditor/trainer, land development prime contractor, trainer and have acquired my National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation. I work well in fast paced environments, and specialize in presentations, training, contracts, safety program development, negotiations, and reporting. I am confident with all aspects of governing legislation at the municipal, provincial and federal levels and have been engaged in the tender process in the, civil, commercial and oil and gas sectors for the last 13 year. My mechanical aptitude is at an advanced level, and includes project estimating, appraising damage, fabrication, design, blueprint reading, and repair/troubleshooting on all types of equipment (passenger/commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, oilfield equipment, solids control equipment, etc.). In the past, I have built several successful preventative maintenance programs for fleet clients, and was the control adjuster for major commercial carriers. I am an experience equipment operator which includes track loaders, loaders, excavators, rock trucks, dump trucks, telehandlers, aerial work platforms, packers and generators.
