When life gives you lemons, make lemonade 🍋 I believe that positivity is contagious and I like to share mine with those around me. I thrive in complex situations and it fulfils me to overcome challenges and finish with a smile at the end of the day. An agriculture engineer who excelled throughout the degree, I was granted an award for my end of degree thesis after conducting the research with discipline, but more importantly because I put emotion into it. Being emotionally involved in my career enables me to continue to grow professionally and to shine in whichever task I commit to. Moved by the global climate crisis and growing social inequalities, I aspire to contribute in the building of a better world by means of social movements such as ecofeminism and by advancing our education models towards coeducation. Education is the foundation of every society and we must question not only “What planet are we leaving to our children?” but further “What children are we leaving to our planet?” I mastered in Environmental Management specializing in Sustainable Development acquiring a solid foundation of issues intrinsic to the management and sustainability of our ecosystems, biodiversity, and resources; I later mastered in World History broadening my knowledge of global issues from a historical point of view such as etnographies and cultural encounters, slavery and Contemporary Europe facing globalization. I have dedicated most of my working career to one organization, MSF - Doctors Without Borders, first as a logistician in the field in emergency contexts and later in the HQ of the Spanish operational cell in Barcelona. Working in MSF has been extremely gratifying at every possible level and it has allowed me to grow professionally and personally. Every day I have had the opportunity to prove myself witnessing how my rol directly and positively impacted the lives of many.
