As a Marine Engineer I am use to think on my feet in a sometime quit hectic environment. The nature of the job have taught me to rely on myself and my team due to limited assistance from shore based technicians. Working with, building up and maintain strong safe working relation with multinational crew and customers has become second nature to me. I have build up a sound marine industry experience and I believe to have an inclusive leadership style. I am a team player and believe in promoting confides and ownership for different areas of responsibility against the team. I consider myself all over calm, open minded, good-spirited and I am not afraid of responsibility. Colleagues, apprentices and friends describe me as approachable and loyal. My responsibilities include among many others • Operation of vessel without unintended breakdown. • Planning and execute of dockings, keeping the budgets • Planned maintenance (PMS: Logihold, Sertica, Consultas programs) ordering spare parts. • Conduct Tool box meetings, safety and work environment. • Ensuring that all Class and Vetting requirements are met.
