Boaz Zimmerman

I’m a Software Engineer and a leader in the Tech industry for over 25 years, mostly working in startups, in a wide breadth of industries from eCommerce and AdTech, to infrastructure, SaaS and Finance, and has great depth in AI-powered solutions, BI, Web-Scraping, and Agile methodologies. Started my career in the late 1990s in Israel - the rising era of the Dot.Com through the 2001 bubble crisis - where I worked in an eCommerce startup (acquired by eBay in 2005); Then I worked in a Web Infrastructure startup, and later I was part of a founding team of a Dev Center of a major finance company in the FX trading. I moved to NYC in 2015, where I continued working in startups in AdTech, Fashion, SaaS, PropTech and Music. Built large engineering teams and led mission-critical projects with very high visibility; I have been working with Agile methodologies as early as 2004, mastered it, and implemented it since. I have been building AI-powered solutions back in the early 2000s, and most recently I worked in a SaaS AI company where I led cross-functional teams with Data Scientists and ML Engineers. I developed expertise and deep understanding in how to build AI-powered solutions, and have been advising on this topic in various opportunities. I also led an Insights team that built Data Analytics and BI systems and developed methodologies on how to incorporate proper Data Analytics in Product organizations.
