My professional interests include developing custom and RFIC design methodologies to specially address design in advanced semiconductor processes. Main methodology goals are to test and enable DFM, repeatability, simulation to silicon correlation to effectively shortening design cycle times. Other topics of interest are device & process related effects, the overall design environment, analog high frequency, standard cell characterization, memory statistical design, optimization, schematic to layout constrains, electrical aware techniques for IR/EM, physical layout and synthesis, verification, RCLk and substrate parasitics, electromagnetic (EM) extraction for high frequency modeling, and behavioral modeling for top-level verifications. 15 years design experience with high voltage, power conversion, precision analog, automotive, and communications circuits. This is followed by 10 years working with analog, mixed signal, and RF EDA tools and flows.
