Through the years I have found that my greatest interests and accomplishments have always centered on problem solving and achieving the best at whatever I set out to do. My friends and associates can attest that I have never been satisfied to do just what was necessary, but rather, I prefer to always excel and perform better that expected. When asked by a new acquaintance what it is that I do or like to do, rather than respond that I am a "Production or Project Manager", I frequently respond; "I fix things." I enjoy seeking out and solving problems, whether it is people, processes, procedures, or systems. I derive great personal satisfaction and reward out of improving or developing a process to achieve greater results. I especially enjoy the responsibility of coordinating large and complex projects to re-engineer or develop new systems or procedures. I am easily board by routine and simple tasks, and prefer to become involved with intense high-energy process management. I am definitely a goal oriented workaholic perfectionist, with a high degree of attention to detail and a strong desire to see projects through to 100% completion. Another strength is the ability to see the big picture and work with other departments and personnel that may be affected but not directly involved.
