I am from a Virtualisation background, having been VMWare VCP and Citrix certified with over 12 years’ experience supporting Formula 1, financial, retail and recruitment clients IT infrastructure from basic user support to business critical server systems. I’ve accumulated a high level of understanding of Infrastructure products and have specialised in Virtualisation and Hyperconverged technologies over the last few years, mainly in the VMware and Simplivity space. I've worked both in house and as part of a large managed services organisations, involved in projects to design and implement solutions, carry out service integrations and problem investigations as well working with vendors. I've demonstrated ability to work effectively and to find resolutions and ways to mitigate further impact with a focus on customer SLAs presenting myself in a clear, courteous manner. I also started up my own part time business as a vehicle detailer. Since February 2018 I have become part of Nanolex approved detailer network. I specialise in paint correction and protection for brand new, older and classic cars. I am fully insured and have tools and workspace to carry out a professional job on a vehicle. This is an area where I've always had a big passion and now I've decided to try and make something of it in my spare time starting out my own business. I'm ambitious, driven and passionate about what I do and take pride in my work. If I put my name to a job it has to be the very best I can do.
