Specialises in shopping centre investment acquisition and sale, all forms of retail development, and major retailers and bulky goods leasing. He has over 12 years senior level experience with leading shopping centre owner Stockland, where until leaving to set up his own development and consultancy company (Retail Development & Investment), was General Manager of the Retail Projects Division. He was previously director of two leading retail agencies (including head of the Shopping Centre Division of Jones Lang in Sydney. Has successfully negotiated leasing deals [including full legal documentation] with all the major tenants such as Kmart, Target, Big W, Woolworths, Coles, IGA, Franklins, Aldi, Myer, David Jones, Bunnings and Masters Hardware - as well as all types of specialties.
