I have more than 25 years experience handling all types of commercial insurance accounts. My emphasis is on making the 'insurance experience' as pleasant and 'hassle-free' as possible for the customer. I have written most of my accounts more than 15 years, and my clients often involve me directly in many of their business decisions. I review contracts for insurance requirements and address the insurance problems and/or additional costs in a contract prior to the signing of a contract. Specialties: I have spent the past two years researching Cyberliability [Internet Liability], including the types of exposures, the state laws regarding notification, and the various policy forms. We now have a wide array of products available, but there is little consistency in the forms. These forms are constantly changing to add coverage for other exposures, or to delete coverages for exposures that a company determined was too risky.
