My approach as a professional is seeing decisions and actions as working hypotheses that can be validated by collecting feedback on their impact. By co-creating, inviting others to share in decision-making and building partnerships I want to build on trust. I like to put my curiosity into action with an ambition in mind: Eradicate insecurity by helping others gain trust to take the next step. Finding the right balance between being open-minded and when to be focused and dig deep is key. Being courageous and getting comfortable with inevitable missteps is essential in a fast-moving world. By identifying risks, working together to mitigate and have the fortitude to make hard decisions, we can move forward. Being empathic, vulnerable, and showing compassion by actively listening and asking the right questions are the things that really matter. I want to be present, emotionally engaged, communicate openly and authentically. Being self-aware by reflecting on uncomfortable questions or choices are important to me to have a clear mind.
