Professional Profile As a hard working professional, my managers and fellow co-workers have enjoyed working with me because of my technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical system on new or old equipment. With 16 years experience with custom automation manufacturing, overall equipment maintenance, and build project management, I'm generally a fast learner with new issues, build, or training. I've managed 10+ technicians in the US and abroad in Asia during project installations. With project issues or status report meetings, I've been able to keep a healthy working relationship with my customers and vendors. I work well in a team environment within all types of situations (stressful production environments or scheduled based environments). I've also worked independently on a customer site performing continuous improvement projects (CIP) and repairs during a production or on maintenance days with multiple employers. I'm capable working directly with the engineers to review designs, solve issues, and build new assemblies. I've worked with calibration of Kuka (palletizing) robots, AC/DC drives, rotary and linear motors with both types of encoders, pneumatic systems, wiring up electrical panels, building/calibrating optical systems, and small aircraft.
