Bogdan Fodor

Bogdan is a Chartered Civil Engineer, Fellow Member of CIHT, with 25 years’ of UK and international experience in Project Management and delivery of complex multi-disciplinary highways projects. Bogdan is highly motivated, extremely capable and easily-adaptable when working in new environments, eager to learn and share knowledge. During his career, Bogdan has acquired extensive experience in the delivery of preliminary designs, contracts documents on complex projects such as A9 Dualling:Tomatin to Moy as well as detailed designs (including design & build contracts). He has been involved as Design Manager and Project Manager in the delivery of tender as well as detailed designs for major Design and Build schemes, including the N4 Lucan Bypass, N9/N10 Waterford to Knocktopher and M8-N8 Cullahill to Cashel, and have been working closely with various Contractors to achieve a common goal, the delivery of projects to the expected level of quality, on time and budget.Bogdan also acquired excellent commercial and risk management experience experienced enriched through his involvement as Commercial Manager - Continental Europe in one of his previous roles. Bogdan’s performance is driven by his desire to drive improvement and deliver results whilst providing a supportive and motivating environment within the team.
