As a cofounder and Executive VP at My Foot In The Door, I’m responsible for project development oversite, acquiring new partnerships with Universities and corporations, and developing strategy for scaling our business globally. At the same time, making sure that our employees have the right tools and resources to execute their jobs to the fullest potential. As a practiced entrepreneur, I experienced first hand the inefficient and ineffective hiring solutions available today. At MFITD, our goal is to create optimal matches between the job seeker and the employer. As the only candidate facing platform available today, we bring real value to our community of users. Concurrently, our technology and process help the employers secure the best fit employee for their positions. I founded my first Internet startup company Drink Solution in 2006. At Drink Solutions, we have a driven team of innovators, developers, and service industry professionals that help create online management solutions for restaurants and bars. As our product line increased, we created Barbalance Inc. under which all of our offerings were consolidated. Currently, Barbalance Inc. has over 1100 clients, 6 products, and continues to innovate new solutions for the industry. As we continue to gain traction at My Foot In The Door, we hope to bring to the forefront the integral role soft skills play in a successful hiring.
