The program, Ozark Ultimate Trek, was largely successful upon implementation and is still successful today. Customer Relations Management: Worked in collaboration with sales team, customer service, and accounts departments to provide product, sales, and strategy clinics along with motivational visits to existing retailers while establishing new retailer & client relationships for Jackson Kayak, now the number one manufacturer of kayaks in the world. Program Development & Management: High Adventure Director - developed a successful high adventure/team building program for the Boy Scouts of America, The Ozark Ultimate Trek, which involved 6, interacting instructional programs. The program included ropes courses, climbing, rappelling, geocaching, swiftwater rescue instruction, whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, waterskiing, and caving.
