Brad Calleja

Brad Calleja is an experienced banking executive with more than 20 years experience in institutional banking, debt advisory, private capital distribution, project finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate equity valuation. In November 2020 he assumed responsibility for NAB's global Portfolio, Distribution and Corporate Service business, with a primary focus on developing the bank's private capital distribution business, inclusive of bond purchasing, loan syndications and agency. As part of the role Brad us also responsible for managing the Corporate and Institutional Bank capital, funding and returns profile through active portfolio management. Prior to is current role, Brad was the General Manager of National Australia Bank’s Specialised and Acquisition Finance team with global responsibility for the bank’s project and leveraged financed business with on-balance sheet exposures in excess of $22bn, which are predominantly weighted toward the infrastructure, energy & commodity segments. Before joining the National, Brad worked for US Chartered Accounting firm Arthur Andersen. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds both a Bachelor of Economics and a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Melbourne. He is happily married, has three active children and is based in Melbourne, Australia.
