I have always enjoyed being a problem solver. This goes all the way back to my college days where I chose to pursue two engineering degrees and is probably something that has helped me be successful throughout my 20+ year career. I believe that if your primary focus is helping customers figure out solutions to both simple and complex business problems, then you will truly be making a difference in their success. You will also be building some valued partnerships and friendships along the way. Today, I try and help utility customers solve business problems to keep up with today's demands on their infrastructure and ability to deliver exceptional service to their customers. In addition to utility customers, I have enjoyed working alongside of and helping construction and manufacturing customers as well. Now, the one thing you need if you are going be a problem solver is having the right tools! That is one of the main reasons I’m with the Oracle Utilities business unit. Their innovation and advanced technology is what attracted me, and is what is helping customers adopt capabilities for intelligent field services and asset management. When it comes to assets, what if you knew exactly what to do, when to do it, and what to expect in return? That’s what Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service provides. Advanced analytics tools monitor performance while cloud- based services ingest high volumes of complex data and use it to identify asset and infrastructure weaknesses. But perhaps the place I enjoy problem solving the most is at home. Fortunately, with three kids and our home in Charleston, I have plenty of opportunities to problem solve, fix, repair, etc.! It’s amazing how you can become “Dad/Husband of the Year” by solving a logistics problem in a wife’s walk-in closet, a technology problem with the X-Box, or a mechanical problem with the chain on a bicycle.If I can be of assistance to you, please don't hesitate to reach out.Brad
