Current Responsibilities VP - Responsible for providing a culture for Arrow that makes us a place you want to work - Provides day to day leadership and guidance to District Managers, Store Managers and their teams - Supports the President whenever and however he needs it - Chief Chat Officer - I'm never too busy to hear or talk about life in general. My teams are a big part of my life, I can't help but want to be a part of theirs too. Head Buyer - Oversees all purchasing - Setup, Manage and Maintain Ordering System, Order Points, Resets - Completes all major orders such as seasonal products and show ordering - Implements and builds passion behind new product lines - Works with Marketing to execute a successful advertising program Price Manager - Sets, Manages and Executes everyday pricing for all stores - Manages Execution of pricing updates from top level to store level - Design and Execute price signage program IT - Does all inside Networking - Installation and Maintenance of all systems from servers to POS to inventory laptops to cellphones, etc. - Sources and Implements program changes and repairs - Maintains phone systems 6 New Store projects from the ground up 3 Liquidation projects 4 Complete store update projects 1 Move into offsite office building 100's of resets
