Brad Wells

Hello! 👋 My name is Brad and I am in my first rotation in the Bell Media Graduate Leadership Program on the Crave team as a project manager. I am an enthusiastic young professional with a passion for marketing and media. I have a fine attention to detail, a strong level of commitment, and drive, and I will always put my maximum potential into all projects and initiatives I undertake. I am a strong believer in Ted Roger’s famous quote, “the best is yet to come”, and I am committed to the idea that with hard work, commitment and dedication, one can achieve their goals. In June 2022, I graduated from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) with a Bachelor of Commerce in the Business Management program with a specialization in Marketing Management and a minor in Law. Before graduation, I was a passionate student leader on campus serving two terms as the President of the Ted Rogers Students’ Society, Canada’s largest undergraduate society repenting over 13,000 undergraduate students. Leading a team of over 65 students and 30 student groups, I elevated the organization on a national level as well as launched various initiatives like Teddy’s House Productions, created over $150,000 in awards and bursaries for minority groups, launched a free coffee year-round for all students, as well as spent over $200,000 to renovate the hallway spaces around the TRSM building to create better study spaces for our students. During my Presidency I was nationally awarded by the Canadian Association of Business Students for my performance and dedication to TRSS, being named the 2020-2021 All-Star President, as well as leading the society to be awarded Most-Outstanding BSA for the strides and achievements we collectively made. As an Alumni, I am passionate about giving back to the organizations that helped shape me into who I am today, so I currently volunteer as Chairman of the Board for the Ted Rogers Students’ Society as well as I am the Vice President of Marketing for the Canadian Association of Business Students.
