Bradford Doyle

My recent professional interests are in cyber security and cloud computing and new software architectures. I have prepared for exams in the Certified Information Systems Security Professional and/or System Security Certified Professional. My first full time job out of Boston College (B.S. Management -- Finance) was with State Street Bank and Trust in 1993, after which I returned to school in the mid-1990s, earning a B.S Computer and Information Science from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, then I began my employment at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center. In my first five years I coded, redeveloped, and tested software, followed mostly by system engineering, technical writing, naval analysis, and simulation scripting. I have always had abiding interests in two broad categories: (1) economics, statistics, policy, and the role of data in anything that has a "distribution". (2) the American experiment and its roles in the world. So, I earned a M. Arts National Security and Strategic Studies at the Naval War College in 2008, and I completed 12 graduate courses in big data, computer science, and software design. My main hobbies are reading about the most innovative ideas impacting the current American sovereign economic and political crises, including viewing TED talks (my favorite "app"), and getting outdoors in every season. I read broadly, especially analytical books that are milestones in their respective fields.
