Willing to stick to the program, or try new ideas, whichever is best for the project and/or company. Able to shift focus when issues occur and bring the schedule and stakeholders back on track. Well suited to lead large, multi-million dollar projects across multiple continents. Capable of adapting management style to fit management structure within any company.
