In 5-10 years, my goal is to be director of managed services at an industry-leading consulting firm/MSP. I want to help others advance their careers as I have mine, it can be a life-changing journey well worth the rewards and those who are kept up at night by something they can’t seem to resolve or discover the best method/solution for will be and have always been the best in the industry! I’ve assisted several friends, colleagues, and acquaintances in the past with getting their foot in the door and will continue to mentor, guide, and encourage in the future. It makes me happy succeeding, but even more so helping others do the same. I can lead/attend & provide expert advice/suggested solutions in client onboarding, project scope, and troubleshooting meetings with my ever-expanding mental knowledge base effectively and with poise. Business communications experience and customer service expertise has made my impact and ability to de-escalate all the more helpful when dealing with difficult situations, requests, or clients. I can explain solutions or recommendations in laymen’s terms or with analogies to ensure that the end user is understanding of the actions I will perform (or have already) to solve/complete their incident, project, or request. Team player when working together is a necessity for certain tasks. A leader by example with fair expectations, great patience, and excellent people skills. Can be left alone, free of supervision, for days if you need the work done efficiently and correctly without worry. It’s important that you are able to focus on your own tasks throughout the day and trust I will as well.
