Brady Rhodes

Master educator, non-profit administrator, facilitator and community organizer with 30 years of teaching, management, development and implementation experience. Specializing in diverse collaborations that grow individuals, communities and organizations.I recently (2018) took on a year-long Interim Executive Director position with MentoringWorks that involved helping the organization transition to a self-sustaining model away from the national Big Brothers Big Sisters brand (which had been home for 60 years!), creating a viable fiscal foundation and strengthening programs to best serve youth and the community. While involved in this project I was able to continue working on a book project focused on helping groups build environments that enlarge participation, learning and collaboration as well work with the BoldLeaders team to develop a prototype product: The Elementals: Actions for the Practice of Life. The BoldLeaders team and I have also maintained the exciting Bold Fellows project, an online consortium of individuals spread across the globe who are using the unique BoldLeaders Methodologies to create social benefit projects in their local communities. The Fellows have helped drive the beginning of an online certificate program aimed at educators, facilitators, community organizations and workplace managers. I am excited to get that up and running in 2019!My work at BoldLeaders continues to capitalize on fourteen years of developing large-scale international leadership and community engagement programs with 1000+ participants, students and teachers in 16 countries, as well as in-depth work with schools, educators and community groups. This varied landscape led me to many facilitation opportunities with non-profit boards, organizations and community groups where I helped with their strategic planning, conflict resolution, initiative execution and much more.
