Braeden Rustici

I'm currently a full time student studying business management at George Mason University. Over the last 6 years, I've worked my way into a management position before deciding to return to college to finish my degree. During that time I obtained leadership skills such as effective communication, time management, and conflict resolution. As a member of management, I was in charge of several departments and team members working together to achieve daily, and monthly objectives. Other primary responsibilities would include, fixing and releasing daily cash reports, using store operating statements, cash flow managment, inventory management, employee development, working with vendors and warehouses, and assisting customer needs. In addition, I've been a part of multiple new store location set ups. I've been apart of community events such as cancer relay for life. My objectives are to take my career to the next level in management. I hope to become part of an organization that is active in it's community, striving to make a difference.
