Brandi brings over 20 years experience, awards and recognition in the beauty industry to this concept. Brandi has spent ten years proving herself in the highly competitive beauty industry serving Hollywood elites. Handling the grooming needs of the super image conscious entertainment world shows she can handle anyone and anything. Being the only child of mixed race in an entire town was Brandi’s driving force to enter the field of the beauty industry to educate and make change whatever way she could. In 2008, Brandi J. Andrews received an extensive education from Paul Mitchell SFIEC and is currently an hair, skin and makeup educator at Paul Mitchell The School Sherman Oaks. She was the first student to graduate with honors, completing both cosmetology and esthetics curriculum within a year. Since 2018, Brandi has worked in the high-end dermatology field, leading sales and directing operations for one of the two BIPOC dermatologists in Beverly Hills. She is currently completing her MA Program to become a dual licensed Medical Esthetician. With her extensive knowledge in the beauty industry as well as the aesthetics world, Brandi has been able to tailor and fine tune top tier services for people of every background. Creator and visionary, Brandi Andrews, dreams of a space where all communities can feel “at home”, be able to shop products created just for them and work with experts to care for their hair and skin. A radical new experience for people of color. We are currently seeking funding and plan to open the flagship salon and retail space in the Los Angeles area in early 2022. For the past 20 years, she has worked for tier-one brands such as MAC, Kat Von D, Diesel and Michael Kors, instilling not only creative selling techniques but also an innovative approach to creative social media marketing and branded content.
