I'm part of a Strategic Growth Team which is the face of the company and the engine that drives the market expansion throughout the United States. As a Director of Strategic Growth Partners I am directly responsible for helping our team drive engagement amongst prospective agents to support our field sales teams. Simply put, my goal is to hire great people and help them develop their skill sets to get promoted. Our team looks for the top producing agents in each of our marketplaces that are eager to take their business to the next level and unlock their true potential. We give them a better understanding of Compass and the value we bring to our agents and how we help them overcome the challenges they face while trying to achieve their future goals.
