Locates unfindable solutions, and crafts the impossible - I build the workforce behind the Defence Force, and see the possible in People capability. An Executive in Human Resources, and previously in Security Management, with experience in strategic HR (remuneration, culture and workforce planning) and security (personnel, physical and information risk management). Qualifications include Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management, Advanced Dip in Project Management, Dip in Security and Risk Management, and Dip in Government (Investigations). I was the remuneration lead for Project Suakin in Defence - responsible for designing the part time remuneration arrangements for ADF personnel, designed workforce strategies for critical ADF categories, and then was a Commonwealth Advocate for remuneration in the DFRT. Now, I am empowered and focused on building cyber workforce’s which is awesome.In my spare time, I am trade qualified ECN 661 Information Systems soldier who installs, configures & maintains deployable LAN/WAN interfaces.
