Brandon Stansbury

Years of experience on application development and design with a primary focus on microservice web applications and distributed, data-driven applications. Current focus is on open-source technologies and languages including Java 8, Python, and Node, Spark, Docker, and elasticsearch, and Spring, Flask, and AWS. Previous years of experience in the web space have been on the .NET platform and includes ASP.NET WebForms, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WebApi, SOAP web services, REST, and WCF. I am proficient in object-oriented programming and have worked in C#, Java, Python, Node.js, and SmallTalk. The bulk of my experience is in C# but recent years have been focused on Java and Python. I also have experience in browser-based technologies including extensive programming and design in JavaScript (with an emphasis on jQuery) and some experience in Microsoft Silverlight.
