B.S. In Accounting from the heart of the SEC. Master's in International Security Policy. Post graduate fellowship at the U.S Dept. Of Energy. Decade + of professional experience in technical sales and management at Dell and Microsoft. Rolls up sleeves and gets to work with an optimistic outlook and unyielding wit. I'm an agent for change in the enterprise, and in my own life too. My mantra: Friend, Educate and Think Big. Skills: the language of business, presenting, navigating large institutions, embracing digital transformation, nuclear security programs, leading vs. Managing, and my favorite of all, plain English. Professional Interests--they are broad, but to name a few: Modernizing Large Institutions, Technology and Computing, Nuclear Security & Science, International Energy Security, U.S. Energy Policy, P&L, Tax Policy, Regulatory Modernization, Strategic Planning, Execution, and Change Leadership. Hobbies: a few times weekly 5k runs; wiring-in with podcasts (and yes I'm oversubscribed and way behind), today's musical hits and yesteryears classics, and audiobooks (also behind); sitting down with books on paper, although not often enough; sailing--I'm a novice; seeing (and learning more about) the world; finding a good show to binge; staring at my Covid-19 guitar and occasionally strumming it; cooking up a gourmet meal; the occasional karaoke evening; and for at least one epic week: saying "Yes, and..." with a renowned improv troupe. I force myself to get comfortable with the uncomfortable and live to expand my Range. I hope you do too.
