Being a Realtor and serving clients in the real estate industry is a privilege and we should all act accordingly! In 2007 I had the honor of seeing Zig Ziglar in person and we should all keep his most famous quote fresh in our minds. As a Realtor we have the privilege to work directly with the end consumer, our client, therefore we are in a direct position to serve and help others get what they want. This truly is a blessing, and when a client causes you some frustration remember Romans 5:3 When my daughter gets older and begins her climb on the mountain of life I will make absolutely sure that her climb will begin much higher on the mountain than mine began, and higher than my parents climb began. Along with ensuring that she grows up to be a good-hearted person, this is my only true goal.I began working summers at the age of 13 with my father who is a self-employed timber cruiser. At that young age I knew that I wanted money in my pocket but it took many years before I learned that my father was giving me something much more valuable than cash. He gave me an unbelievable work ethic. My work ethic has shined through in my previous jobs and has always kept me moving through life. Once I overheard one of my closest friends tell my wife that he has never worried about me finding work or being successful because he knows how hard I work in every aspect of my life. I have considered this to be the best complement I could ever receive other than being called a good husband and father. My wife has the same work ethic as I, and together we pray that we instill all of our ethics into our daughter.I believe wholeheartedly in individual Liberty and personal responsibility, and that our lives are the sum total of the decisions that we have made. I believe in earning everything in life. I understand believe in creating value in one's self in order to earn a better income and I am interested in anything that will increase my value to future employers.
