About

For the past 20 years, I have held various roles in large corporations in the UK and Australia, up to the level of director, in the retail, finance and general insurance sectors, in Europe and Asia Pacific. For the past 9 months I have been working as a contract InfoSec project manager, responsible for implementing the InfoSec workstream on the programme to migrate the House of Fraser website on to one of the main global cloud platforms, including achieving PCI DSS compliance for the card payments processes. For the previous 2 1/2 years I have been working as a payments solution architect and project manager at Debenhams on major payment card projects across all channels, both domestic and international, building payment solutions that are PCI DSS compliant, add functionality to the existing customer payment options and streamline back office/data centre operations. I initially combined the roles of project manager and business analyst, with my solution architect role, for the 2 critical multi-million £ payments projects (UK/ROI instore and UK/International websites) through the RFP vendor selection phase and the initial design workshops, prior to dedicated project managers and business analysts being assigned to the projects. Previously to my contract at Debenhams, I have been working with tier 1 companies for the past 5 years as a Payments and Information Security consultant, focussed on managing card payments change programmes for primarily large UK retailers which have included P2PE, PED upgrades, contactless (NFC), PCI DSS compliance, tokenisation, channel integration, customer journey innovations, contract negotiation, RFPs and payment card process mapping. I believe I have added leadership and innovative strategies/solutions to large scale issues. Specialties: Card Payments and Information Security project management and payments solution architecture with FTSE 250 companies with the ability to provide leadership and organisation to complex projects.
