Hello everyone, my name is Brayden Mulkearns. I'm a People & Culture Shared Services Coordinator with the Australian Red Cross and driven university graduate. I have been a P&C Shared Services Coordinator since October 2022 and am constantly looking to expand my industry connections through LinkedIn to promote opportunities and important industry news. I graduated in my Bachelor of Business degree at Griffith University and am proud to be a knowledgeable and passionate member of the business community. I have high career aspirations and an animated people-focussed mindset. I aspire to follow my dreams and fulfil my love for connecting with people through a career in people-relations roles such as Human Resources. Opportunities to start small and work big in team projects are most appealing to me as I love having a hand in accomplishing innovative ventures which provide high returns and build interpersonal connections with both colleagues and clients. Before growing my career with the expert team at the Australian Red Cross, I held a range of exciting HR industry positions from HR Generalist work and specialist Recruitment work. I am always vigilant for opportunities to further develop my skillset and am focussed on becoming an expert in my field at this time. I have been pursuing a career in Business since grade 11 in 2015 and have since graduated high school with a Certificate III in Business, a Diploma in Business, and a Certificate II in retail. I have now graduated University with a double major in Management and Human Resource Management. I am proud of my achievements and am motivated to continue developing my professional skills throughout my career.
