2 years of working with contractors APEX systems/Leidos for DISA as a Network Impact Assessment Technician. I was leading the way in generating the most amount of assessments and providing those assessments in a timely manner for our customers, as well as assisting our customer with excellent customer service. I was also the Quality control specialist for my team as well being the main point of contact for all of our customers. I have 10+ years of experience with the National Guard where, I have repaired many different pieces of sensitive equipment while providing inventory control and management of sensitive electronic equipment. I also learned to maintain our network and was appointed as the network administrator for my unit. I have worked 4+ years in the medical field at HSHS St. Johns Hospital as a patient safety assistant and as a transporter. I helped the hospital with their at-risk patients by guaranteeing the safety of the patients at all times. I made sure that the patients had a pleasant stay at the hospital while they were recovering from injuries. Through my service with HSHS St. Johns Hospital I have experience using the EPIC application. While in school at Illinois State University, I built a website for a former Illinois State Alumni for his STEM Curriculum associated with CeMast at Illinois State University and made an Alexa Skill for the 89.1 FM WGLT that supported their music stream "Highway 309".
