With a strong background in customer service and managing CS teams, I've recently pivoted to a production role in the video game sector. I have extensive technical experience with PCs and consoles and a strong technical and managerial history. The move to a production role has allowed me to make the most of my existing skill set while learning a great deal along the way and having a great time doing it. In the last little while I’ve built upon my scheduling & prioritization skills to take these to the next level and I am always looking for new ways to improve. I also have excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills that I have built up over the last few years. Having worked extensively supporting end users in a number of roles I am also very experienced in customer and community management as well as complaint resolution. I have a great familiarity with Support tools such as Zendesk, Netsuite and several other internal company specific support systems at Blizzard and Amazon. On a personal note I am a budding amateur photographer and I have taken photos of a wide range of events from weddings to sports competitions, festivals and other live events.
