Brendon Tweed

I'm originally from New Zealand and was born and raised on a sheep/beef and grain farm, prior to being employed at altasteel I had worked at Alberta oil tool and the university of Alberta. I have been a employee at Altasteel for the last 20 years. I'm currently the superintendent of steelmaking operations, but when I first came to altasteel I started at the ground position in the bargaining unit which was called a utility man. I progressed through the line of progression of jobs for a couple of months until an opportunity came to operate the hot metal crane which I did for 2 and half years. I changed gears after this and became a shift supervisor for the company and stayed at this position for 8 years and then went into maintenance supervision for 2 more then back to operations for another 2 years and then was given my current position.
