The relationships I form with my clients are just as important to me as the work itself. To that end, it is important that my clients first know something about me. Having been in private practice for almost 8 years, I took a position in the public sector in June 2017, now working to promote the interests of Coloradans and our state economy by representing the Colorado Department of Agriculture. Outside of the office, I hold a National “E” Coaching License from the U.S. Soccer Federation and am an avid traveler, hiker, and cross-word puzzler. I also run an amateur photography business and travel blog in my spare time, operating as Irish Roamer Photography. My experience covers a wide variety of matters governed by the Clean Air Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, the Federal Land Policy and Management Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act, the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, and the Administrative Procedure Act.
