As an Agile Software Engineering leader, I have worked with numerous, diverse scrum teams to build innovative solutions and resolve complex problems in fast-paced and customer-focused environments. I strive to uphold an empowering and optimistic working environment for engineering organizations. As a result, we can cooperatively make pragmatic decisions that enable us to resolve difficult situations while continuing to execute on our long-term strategies. My extensive QA background has fostered a strong ability to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of software testing processes to consistently deliver solid results and continuously improve quality. I leverage expertise with Agile development methodologies to evolve with market demands and to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.I advocate for a healthy work-life balance, and have been fortunate enough to remain close with my family and keep busy with our activities. I am certified USA Swimming Stroke and Turn Official, and I have coached multiple youth sports teams. We also are also avid road-trippers and we have been in all 50 U.S. states and 10 Canadian provinces.
